UK (Including Channel Islands) is charged at £3.95 and sent using Royal Mail standard delivery

UK orders over £50 delivery is FREE
We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days  
  
European Countries  - £9.00 per order shipped by Royal Mail
Rest of the World -  £13.95 per order shipped by Royal Mail

International delivery is normally made within 2 weeks but please notes this is a guide and delivery times can vary. Shipments made outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver.
(so please be aware of that if you are having your purchase sent directly to someone else).

Order Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Your transaction with us is governed by the UK`s Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order for any standard item on this website, for any reason, at any time from the moment you placed the order right up to 14 calendar days after you receive the goods.
If the goods have been dispatched before you cancel you will have a further 14 days from the date of receiving them, to return them to us. Our returns procedure is set out below, in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
As a minimum, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product price and, if you were charged a carriage cost, carriage at our standard rate.


To cancel an order please contact us by email at info@ramblersclothing.co.uk or call us on 01455 230833, quoting your order number, name and postcode. If the goods have already been dispatched we will ask you to follow the 'returns' procedure set out below.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We trust that you will be as pleased with our products as we are. However if for any reason you are not, you may return them within 28 calendar days of receipt, for replacement or for a refund of the product price,
provided the goods are unused and securely packaged.

If you do return any goods, please ensure that you provide in writing :
# Your proof of purchase

# The reason for your return
# Your choice of replacement or refund
# Your name and address

Please retain proof of posting (so the Post Office can track the parcel if it is not delivered to us).
If the goods are faulty, we will reimburse you in full plus the cost of the postage back to us (we can determine the amount from the value of the stamps on the parcel).


If the goods are not faulty and you simply want them replaced with a different size, colour or design, we would be happy to oblige. However, we would not reimburse you the cost you incur in sending the original goods back and we may charge you the cost of posting the replacement. If the replacement goods are at a higher or lower price, we will make a refund or a charge to you, of the difference.
